Recap of W2P: A Dose of Inspiration
-While I missed out on all the awesome workshops, I did get to see a couple writers speak and I agree with NW Writers’ assessment of the Oolicon: Write 2 Publish. It was inspiring. As listening to writers talk about writing always makes me want to go write. This was no different and I look forward to participating next year if they do it again.

True to How I am in the World: An Interview with David Shields
- My jury is still out on Mr. David Shields and his criticism of modern narrative. Though I suppose I should read his book first to actually see where he’s coming from. I disagree in principle as a writer of “modern narratives” but I think this is always an interesting debate to have especially in todays day of digital reading and the changing reader.
